Exterior surface preparation
As per your proposal, we will bring drop cloths and plastic sheeting for all areas to be protected.
Our painters will perform pressure cleaning as well as scraping, sanding and caulking. They can also make agreed-upon repairs. Repairs may include simple carpentry, such as repairing damaged siding or trim.
We use mild TSP/Bleach solutions to remove mildew and loose dirt when we pressure wash. All of the paints that we use are resistant to mildew. Mildew is airborne, and areas in the shade will always be vulnerable to growth.

Exterior painting process from start to finish.
Start by scheduling an estimate.
You will usually receive an estimate on the spot, or at least that day. You can expect to see the project start in thirty (30) calendar days after you have confirmed your approval.
Weather permitting, we will contact you within 2-3 weeks to schedule the exterior pressure washing. We’ll then arrive 7-10 days later to begin the preparation for painting and painting itself.
The daily cleaning of the site allows us to prepare for the following day’s work, and also keeps the exterior of your home tidy.
After exterior painting
We clean up the site thoroughly and completely after the job is completed.
We will then walk you through the entire project to make sure you are satisfied.
Wait about a week before you wash your windows. Use a mild, soapy solution. To extend the life of your exterior paint, make sure that your home is properly ventilated and your gutters are regularly cleaned.
